I used my phone originally which is easy. Apparently on an English keyboard using ALT+0230 works. I expect that the whole forum will correctly spell Mæhle from now on.

No, we'll leave that to the clubs that are better on the field and off. Which is why Mosh tried to pry Ralf Ragnick from RBL. Or teams like Bayern, Barca, Ajax, etc. that seem to be okay signing American academy players.
