If we were to see Dowell, Pennington or any of the others we should insert a clause giving us the first option to buy back up to a three year period at a much higher price than the one we are currently selling at.
If a player like Dowell does really well we have the opportunity to bring him back .

Id agree if any of those players looked like they would ever be good enough. Id be shocked if either of those ever become more than championship players. Vlasic on the other hand, i could see him maybe becoming something but that ship has sailed. If we sell Lookman, and we should, i hope we get a buyback clause in there. Most of our other youngsters doesnt look like anything special. I can see maybe Kenny and Lookman making it, but have big doubts about the rest(DCL not included).
 


Tomori is from Chelsea and played 55 games at Derby this season with Lampard. Maybe Lampard want to keep him in Chelsea and with that open the exit door to Kurt Zouma. What i know is that Everton is giving everyting to sign Kurt. Marco and Marcel already spoke with him

supposedly by Rumours Lampard rates Tomori very highly,but is he that highly rated to be put in the Chelsea 1st team,Chelsea and Derby are complete different

Yes, but chelsea have Luiz, Rudiguer Christensen and Ampadu, with Tomori they have 2 young players and they will not play a lot of games. You have Gary Cahill example this season. He don´t play so much. Chelsea fourth central back will not play a lot of minutes
