Played less than 50 games at Arsenal,played for about 6 clubs after that including playing soccerball in the states and ended up bankrupt.

Do they need to? Is it a cultural thing to be happy doing short term deals and trading in football there? If I was a Turkish football fan, it might make things a whole heap more interesting not knowing how much of a challenge you could make from one season to the next.

I think players can move around the EU before 18th birthday fairly freely, I think restrictions come when moving here from outside of EU.

Fabregas signed with arsenal because players can sign pro terms with teams at 17, most other countries it is 18

but the lad Arsenal signed is south american

....it’s Wednesday 3rd July and here’s this morning’s Toffee transfer rumour round-up;

- Everton’s Official site and various outlets confirm Toffees’ 23 year old attacker, Sandro Ramírez, has joined Real Valladolid on a season long loan.

- Fanatik report Everton are showing interest in Stoke City midfielder, Badou Ndiaye. The 28 year old Senegal international spent last season on loan at at Galatasaray who are keen to take him back to Istanbul.

- Calciomercato say Everton are still sounding out the potential of a move for AC Milan midfielder, Franck Kessie. Milan will demand €35m for the 22 year old who is currently at Africa Cup of Nations with Ivory Coast.

- The Liverpool Echo continue to link Everton with a move for Malcom. The 22 year old Brazilian attacker joined Barcelona from Bordeaux last summer and scored 4 goals in 24 games. The Echo also repeat, Brendan Galloway is about to join Luton Town on a free transfer.

- Le Parisian reckon PSG boss Thomas Tuchel remains keen on signing Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye but is in disagreement with Football Director, Leonardo.

- Nu claim PSV winger Hirving Lozano remains an Everton transfer target. Il Mattino, however, report Napoli lead the chase for the Mexican international, have agreed personal terms and are trying to bring down the 23 year olds asking price.

- Everton hold serious interest in Ajax wonderkid, Hossein Zamani, according to The Daily Mail. The 16 year old forward is one of Holland’s hottest properties.

- Fanatik suggest Watford and Everton are interested in signing Egyptian winger, Mahmoud Trezeguet. The 24 year old scored 9 goals for Kasimpasa last season.

Have we been linked with Ndiaye in previous windows? The name sounds familiar to me. I suspect that a player that has been to Stoke and then gone off to Turkey for a year is probably just being hawked around and our name mentioned to try and create some interest from other clubs. I don't know much about the player but his career projectory isn't setting my pulse racing which may be a very unfair assessment of the guy.
