For all the stick he gets, our best form at the tail end of last season was with DCL working his nuts off through the middle. It gave space for the other attacking players and it seemed a system that was working. So you could also stick with DCL through the middle, Richarlison left and Malcom right as the goal scoring wide players so there’d be options there still.

If we could get Malcom in, and then also another young striker like Leao or Kean to compete with DCL to give us even more options still then happy days.

If our window ends up being Gomes, Zouma, Malcom and Leao (with at least a backup RB) we can be very happy with that.

Because according to the finance experts we are skint and have to sell a big player if we want to buy our 3 or 4 players.

I dont think Moshiri/Silva realised this in January when they turned down a bid.

Bernard has ousted Richy from the left, DCL has ousted him from the middle and only poor form from Theo got him a go on the right. A very strange set of affairs given that people on here saying they would not take 150mil for him.

He gets a lot of goals from these positions but nothing else of note, 1 assist all season is Strange for a front man.

If we got Malcom and a striker, what happens to Richy? He was pretty poor on the left really, Bernard offers far more of an outlet but much less goals.

lol what, they don't know about our accounts? The manager and the DOF are just guessing how much we have to spend?
