Its not like they are signing these massive deals. There biggest was 23M... then 11M... We signed players on those transfer deals as well (Gomes and Delph). If we wanted a bunch of 1-5M players I'm sure we can pull the trigger to fill up the U23 squad. In reality we don't need 11 players. Another 2-3 would do just fine.
