That’s my point tho, he’s worth 80 million to palace because he’s a big fish for them. In actual true terms he’s done absolutely nothing in his career to suggest he’s worth 80 million. Keeping palace in the league doesn’t automatically give you an astronomical worth. He does a few tricks and scores a few goals but so does every winger. What sets Zaha aside as being this special he’s worth 80 million??

I was at the home game against Palace when we got the two late goals to win the game and we were lucky enough to do so.
Zaha was a constant thorn in our side that day and caused us a huge amount of problems.... in what is a very mediocre Palace team, my memory is that Seamus fouled him for their penalty.

I think 80m is a huge sum of money as well , I don't think he is worth that much money, I am not sure if any player is but he is a player that causes huge problems for defenders and is less of a risk than somebody like Malcom.

Not sure it's as a back up, more a rotational option.
But as I said before there's nothing in this, and it's just been driven by Zaha's agent to try and force Arsenal into increasing their offer.

Seriously everyone move on. It's as much of a smokescreen as the constant linking by the press (who have zero idea) to central midfielders just because Gueye is leaving.
