They sold another right back who arias was competing with for the right back spot and replaced him with trippier. He might be available for loan but I wouldn’t take it as a given.

I do not ‘know’ (in fact knowing is a very tricky philosophical concept but that is for a different Board!)/but the Spanish press suggest it. Atletico would ideally sell but will consider loan, especially if an option to buy.

My only worry is that they’ve replaced him with trippier who was awful last season.

Can’t say I’ve seen much of arias so not a clue how good he is. I get the impression he hasn’t been a hit at athletico though

Obviously he hasn’t as they’ve bought Trippier. Maybe it’s lazy journalism as brands had him at PSV.
