We can play this game all day if you want - that same terrible Juventus team knocked Spurs out last year, Sevilla knocked the 2nd place English team out, and Barca completely destroyed Chelsa.
It may be the best league in the world, but it's not like there aren't plenty of players in other leagues that couldn't come and and do a great job in the PL. It's also still pretty poor outside the top 6. The last 3 7th place teams have been god awful, so that's another way of looking at the league.

Think this Silva quote in the Telegraph is new, sounds like they have indicated to him some time ago that they want to stay and haven't told him otherwise since.
