I imagine some of the *younger* players will go out on loan and just have their contracts wind down. Garbutt, Pennington, Galloway etc.

The more * experienced * players who still have with time on their contracts to try and shift for some money.

Would be happy with just retaining Zouma and Gomes this window. Anything else would be a bonus.

So we stand still then. The main problem with that is there is no chance we will be breaking the top 4 and the top 6 will be very difficult to. So another 7th,8th,9th place finish next season.

Dinge, Richarlison will be gone maybe Bernard to. And then we will have to buy 6 or 7 that summer. We really need to kick on again this summer, so we keep our best players. Also we are trying to buy Gomes & Zouma, so we say to them you’re the only players we are buying, i wouldn’t imagine that would be a great incentive.

We need 5 players that walk into the team RB,CB,2xCM and Striker. Also another quality wide player.

I haven’t got a great deal of optimism for this summer. It all hinges on selling players who are so bad that we seemingly can’t shift them and on top of that as @ijjysmith said: some big clubs have gone quite crap quite quickly and I feel this will make them take risks (for them) on players who aren’t quite the finished article yet from the same kind of clubs we’d be looking at.

Hope I’m wrong like.
