We've been linked with a PSG right back I believe

But it's all a moo point unless we can get rid of a lot of the players on big contracts who aren't going to play

I'd genuinely just consider releasing them from their contracts at this stage and taking the financial hit. If Usmanov is indeed involved, that'd be pocket change for him and it would finally get them off the books at least

He's been playing for a decent Brighton side, who currently could win a trophy this season whilst we'll be lucky finish as high as 10th

Brighton won’t win a trophy and stand a very real chance of being relegated.

I think they've easily enough to be safe from relegation as there is genuinely only one space up in the air which is 18th, and Southampton imo are 90% to go down. If they survive, I see Cardiff dropping. But more likely Saints.

Winning that is the issue. They got battered by Burnley at home the other week, a fellow struggler. I don’t think they’ll go down personally, but they’re right in the mix.
