I don’t think Delph is a replacement for Gana but I think Gana will go and we will get another midfielder. I honestly think if we get another 1-2 attacking signings such as Malcolm and Kean, it will be Sig who will get less playing time. In Silva’s ideal formation there is not room for a number 10.
I think you may be wrong there.
Silva has publicly stated that he plays with a no 10 in his system and Siggy is ideal for it

Fabian Delph is no better than McCarthy, Schneiderlin, Besic or Davies... If Gueye goes our midfield will be significantly weaker with Fabian Delph. Miles away from the transfer strategy we were told was in place. Actually really disappointed by this and feel like we`ve been lied to once again, are we really still skint we have to go for this yard dog!
Good god this is an awful post

Probably for the best, but £2m is a bit of a crap fee for USA international at 21 imo, especially given the stupid fees going around in England, even to championship clubs, thought we were going to have another year of looking at him tbh.
Delph will be back up LB next season so Jedi would get no game time.
There maybe someone in the academy that Silva thinks will be capable of being Digne understudy in 3 yrs time

Should look at getting malcom on a loan, if there giving coutinho away on a 2 year loan deal, we should be looking at getting malcom on a similar deal
