I dont think there is any chance Rodrigo will sign for any club on a short term contract, at 32 he will be looking for one final decent contract and his agent will be pushing for a 3 yr imo

I am sure he would sign a 2 yr with an option (in his favour) of a 3rd year but I wouldn't consider that a short term contract

I think it would be good for Everton but I expect he will look for, and get a three yr contract. He is a good player, scores goals and is proven in the PL. Lots of clubs would benefit from him in their team and will accept a 3 yr contract with the view that his 3rd year may not be as productive as the 1st two. I could be wrong but I just can't see him signing a shorter contract unless he gets offered a 2 yr from a Champs League club

I honestly think our budget might not go that far, if it does I don’t see it going beyond it.

I could see that list minus Gnoto but with a loan move for a CB. Dyche would not leave himself short at CB

We are closing with Gnoto about 20-22M from sources.
For me, it will be Rodrigo, Young, Gnoto, CM and new left back.
