So eleven players have left with zero incomings.

I think it's all the aligning; not easy!
Aligning...dyche favourite word...must have picked up during his management training and by the sounds of it, loves it. If he is so bother about seeking alignment then perhaps he should work more wih the fans which clearly aren't aligned with the board...

I am not sure why we get all excited for the Transfer 'window'. We never sign anyone until it gets down to the wire. Perhaps Everton should rename this the Transfer 'Quarter-Light'.

For those of a certain age, perhaps.

Can someone tell me how Man City sell a prospect with no first team experience to Southampton for 15 mil when we sell Simms (whi is proven in the champ) for 5 mil. Same for Samuels. Peanuts...

We have the commercial nous of wet lettuce...
Because clubs like Southampton are stupid enough to agree to buy back clauses, essentially making it an expensive loan

Simms hasn’t really done enough to justify us asking for stupidly high fees as we’d never sell him and just let him walk for free next summer

Because one is genuinely a prospect from a club which houses some of the best talent in the world and the other is nearing 23 and couldn’t get a game in a relegation threatened team ahead of Neal Maupay.

Thats alright mate didnt mean to sound so winded up
Oh all good. I don't take much offense to conversations on the interwebs. We're all just looking for Everton to sign some not crap players. Finland got any young Erling Haalands running about that we can sign? Not fair that Norway has one and you don't.
