I think they're doing the usual breaking the DCL news to us gently. Who knows when he'll be fit really? There's a lot of goodwill around for Dele now, I know, but I'm not sure he's going to be around next season. If he was, would that make you feel confident going into the Fulham game?

I don't think Dele will be fit until October tbh. So im not sure anyone will buy him, maybe in Jan but i think he's with us for the foreseeable.

No, he will need a good few games behind closed doors to get him anywhere near the first team level.

From the treble to relegation candidates .. never happening.
Sitting on the bench for another season isnt exactly appealing either.

Depending who we sign we may not be looked at as Relegation candidates and he makes us stronger if he gets back to the Leeds version.

Talk of loaning Dele out to a Championship side now. That might be the best thing for him, maybe rebuild his confidence.

Iheanacho + Danjuma in without selling someone makes sense - good use of the cash raised from youth sales and other bonuses (e.g Stones champo league money). Strengthening without weakening first is needed.

Then we can sell to buy - Gray out, Gnonto in and Maupay out, Dia in. Holgate out, loan CB in

If this is KT's plan then then I'm all for it.

He could go to any team outside the top 4, he has no need to play in a relegation battle. Also, players seem to always improve dramatically in their second season with Pep & they have sold quite a few players, so I doubt they would let him go.

We are 100% seen by everyone as relegation candidates and we don't have the money to change that opinion.
