Still doesn't kinda change the point that overall if we'd have sold Gordon that summer we'd have probably bought him (I've just had a check and you are right that it was a loan but with an option to buy, which still says we were skint).

And that we drip feed our transfer fees.

Everton are battling Marseille in the race to sign Watford winger Ismaila Sarr this summer, according to an exclusive by Santi Aouna. The Foot Mercato journalist took to Twitter to claim [22 July] that Marseille already had an offer on the table for him.


Everton have completed the signature of Arnaut Danjuma from Villarreal on loan for the 2023/24 season, according to Fabrizio Romano. The journalist reported via his personal Twitter account on Sunday (23 July) that the player has completed his medical and the documents for the transfer have been signed.


Everton will pay Villarreal £3.6million to complete the loan signing of Arnaut Danjuma, which is set to be complete any minute, according to Mediterraneo.
