Mate he had an absolute cracking season 2 years ago in the championship. I backed him to get top scorer year after. He’s like a horse that’s gone lame.

Would be a bit unfair to punish teams immediately for that like. I assume there would be a period of at least a year or two for teams in breach to be allowed to reduce it
