This is the thing, we have competing needs, every fan wants players yesterday - we have a woeful profile to attract them and are struggling to do so. So do we nothing and keep our threshold at the “right players”……or do we run down through the list, hit and hope and bring in Daka and Adams. It’s decision time.

People will say, there is a world of players out there - as far as I can see lads are turning us down for Atlanta and Bolonaga.

TBF perhaps we aren`t looking at him to be an out and out number 9, with his pace he could be a wide forward or supplement a big striker like DCL or Chermitti...

I like Daka, quick and never had a run of games in a poor Leicester side... I think a front 3 of Danjuma, DCL and Daka would be devastating with their pace.

Know you can’t solve everything with pace but we create a lot of counter attacking opportunities and pace would be such an asset. Maupay looks like he’s running through treacle.

For me although someone like Iheanacho might have better also round qualities he’s a bit of a nothing player, decent but nothing stands out that much. We’ve signed too many nothing players in the past (Maupay, Myko) and I’d rather have someone who is proper rapid even if there are weaknesses too.

He’s also a bit younger than the likes of nacho or Adams and looked a proper prospect in the past, so maybe in the right side you unlock a lot more upside to him. Those other two you know what you’re getting but you’re not going to get anything more.

Obviously I’d rather the choice isn’t between the three but of the three I’d probably punt on Daka.

Agree, it's small I know and I mentioned before he needs some serious fine tuning but I prefer him over some other names linked.
