Nah still in for Gnonto by all accounts. Suspect Harrison has always been in the plans too but there was no point activating his clause before now.

It’s not that it’s just that people keep saying about us only signing premier league proven players when it’s not true so it becomes a very boring thing to keep going on about.

No, we do regularly sign 'PL proven' players. We give far too much priority to it and it is a large part of the reason we are totally rubbish. We have a disproportionately small % of our signings that have never played PL football before. The fact that many of the ones we have signed without this experience have turned out to be bad fits, is more to do with our antiquated scouting systems not applying modern stats profiling properly, or giving too much say to our managers.

We've just done it wrong. We should be signing most of our players from abroad, unless we can get in early on an Alex Scott, Wharton etc, or a bargain is there to be had. Most of the PL players we can afford, we can do so because they are rubbish.

l also think after we sign Jack Harrison, we may have much more money to spend on CF. I would take that money to sign Lukaku. He is not the one who left us in the past but I feel if we had him last night, we had won certainly.
