The unfortunate injury yesterday just makes signing a striker an even bigger necessity than it already was. We need them in and ready for Saturday as well, no excuses.

There is no time to wait to the end of the month. We have 3 more big games before the international break. They are all winnable, and really we need to be winning them.

Good luck expecting Everton to sign a striker and have them ready for Saturday mate.

It'll be Maupay

Do we miss Iwobi lol ? The problem is more the next few matches as i dont expect Harrison / Mc Neil to be back until after the international break.
But it is strange however Mykolenko is not played at left back and Young used as a winger. Clearly there is something in it that Dyche doesnt rate Mykolenko.
Myko is championship quality at best, I'm not surprised he doesn't rate him

We need someone

This is what happens when you gamble of the fitness of a single player. Any player can get hurt in any game. It's absolutely ludicrous to leave your squad in a situation where one injury can cause a crisis. We have that situation in three or four different areas.

Oh yippie! Thats gonna sort it. Che Adams is no improvement on the crap we have. We need goals. We need pacy central midfield playmakers, not donkeys in the mud.Gnonto Im not sure.

Che Adams will be the best finisher out of Maupay and DCL. Which isnt aying much as they are both poor finishers.

One thing about Adams, he would have scored one of Maupays chances last week. Thats the key difference.

Che Adams?

It's Monday. They'll ponder making an improved offer

Tuesday. It'll be accepted but Everton won't have him in a car until Wedneday evening

Wednesday. Car breaks down but he gets the train up and is on Merseyside 1am Thursday morning

Thursday. 1st part of medical done and all smooth. Afternoon and qnd part of medical doesn't get completed as Evertons medical throws up something strange about his middle name being Everton, so Everton want to investigate it.

Friday. 12:01pm Everton medical complete but not done in time for Wolves game

Saturday. Maupay starts

Saturday 5pm Everton 1-3 Wolves

Everton, Sheffield Utd and Burnley all eyeing Balde move

Everton, Sheffield United and Burnley are among the clubs keen on Troyes striker Mama Balde.
There is also interest from other clubs in Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga.
Troyes – owned by the City Football Group – would consider selling him for as little as £6.85m (€8m).
Balde scored 12 league goals last season and the 27-year-old can play anywhere across the frontline.
A Guinea-Bissau international, Balde came through Sporting Lisbon’s academy and signed for Troyes from Dijon in 2021.

This is from Sky transfer centre 3 hours ago so possibly already posted…
