….just by accident. watched Moffi a few nights ago because i had an interest in the match with a free bet. He scored in a 3-1 win. Strong, fast, useful in possession. I liked him before and nothing I saw changed my mind but as far as I’ve know we’re not even linked with him.

Just out of curiosity Zat, in your delusional world of “youngsters” how many goals do you expect our midfielder to score?

First of all, were being managed by Sean Dyche so Id expect us to be using similar to the Burnley / Atletico Madrid (2011-2013) tried and trusted style of defence first with direct counter attacking.

Id see Garner as a Koke type dictator of play and Onana in a Gabi role of defensive midfielder. Both players would score a couple of goals a season...for us I would think Garner could score 5 and a couple from Onana.

For the 3rd midfielder it would depend on whether we'd be using a box to box or attacking midfielder.

I'd expect a signing like Dewsbury Hall would benefit us defensively while also creating for the forward players...not really scoring himself.

In my "delusional world of youngsters" I would say an attacking midfielder would be my preference to compete with Doucoure. That would be a Rayan Cherki / Xavi Simons type ball player who Id expect, as with Doucoure to net 7 goals in their first season.

It depends if Dyche is more focused on a box to box or attacking midfielder.

Any crap Chelsea players we should be in for? Pulisic, Chalobah, Ziyech, Gallagher, Broja all set to leave the Bridge this summer. Obviously if we'd have signed Broja last summer we'd be in the Champions League next season, but we can right our wrongs by poaching him in the coming months.

The one I did wonder if we might look at was Callum Hudson-Odoi

Doesn't seem to be really in their thinking, but he's fast, can play on both wings, can beat a man and has decent delivery. Was only 3 years ago or so he was being thought of as a really big player for them potentially.

Never understoof the hype around Broja, we already have strikers that don't score goals. I wouldn't touch the rest of them except for Gallagher who we don't stand a chance with.
