The one I did wonder if we might look at was Callum Hudson-Odoi

Doesn't seem to be really in their thinking, but he's fast, can play on both wings, can beat a man and has decent delivery. Was only 3 years ago or so he was being thought of as a really big player for them potentially.
Isn't he on abar 150k a week or something mental?

Whatever about making up rumours it's the ones who come on and post an exclusive rumour about 24 hours after its already been posted here . Fire them out of a cannon . Read the thread first ffs !
Who’s got time to read 20 pages of arguing, lineups of players that will never play for us and the lids climbing over each other to suggest we sign some 17 year old Slovenian second division player.

Any crap Chelsea players we should be in for? Pulisic, Chalobah, Ziyech, Gallagher, Broja all set to leave the Bridge this summer. Obviously if we'd have signed Broja last summer we'd be in the Champions League next season, but we can right our wrongs by poaching him in the coming months.
I think we should be looking closely at Chelsea.. I tried to break down their squad recently to see the quality players we might have a go at… Chelsea folks don’t come cheap.. even if they haven’t played all season. Pulisic, Gallagher and maybe Broja would be ideal…

…not sure if that link was during the Lampard era, not sure we’ll be revisiting that one.

Ok Zat

Remember when Burnley setup like prime Atleti???

Yeah, me neither

I said 2011-2013 Atletico Madrid, which wasnt "prime Atleti".

Yes i do see them as similar setups as both used a 442 formation with similar structures and direct counter attacking play dependent on a tight defensive structure.

Of course one had vastly superior players to the other. The premise is the same though, a Burnley team with limited funds...vs a Burnley team with funds to bring in superior players in the same strucure could be very effective.

Chukwuemeka MF
Lewis Hall LB
Levi Colwill DM/CB/LB
Chalobah DM/CB/RB

Those are the 4 id be looking at.

Havent they just turned down 30mil from Brighton for Colwill? Think that rules us out.
