I think if we get Gbamin and Gomes off the books we could get Dendoncker, he’s one of Kev’s mates from his Wolves days. But Villa have a lot of injuries at the moment and have European football, so he may still be needed by them.
 
Gray & Maupay could really do with moving on. Iwobi too but only if we got upwards of £18m for him. Gomes & Gbamin as well but it all seems to have gone very quiet with those two..

Genuinely think we need another CB and a fullback. With McNeil, Harrison, Dele & DCL still to come back I reckon we should be alright in the forward & midfield positions but we're looking a bit light at the back for me. Keane & Godfrey simply not up to standard.
 
If Gray £25k a week, Gomes £111k a week, Gbammin £75k a week, Cannon £7.5k & Iwobi £120k a week… go on permanents (unlikely) that would lift a huge burden from the wage bill.

And honestly we would only miss one of them from our current match day squad.

Now if only we can also shift Keane and Maupay… lol
 
speaking hypothetically (because it's Everton). If we sold Iwobi for 20m, Gray for maybe 13m and Cannon for 7m (just to round it up to a respectable 40m). Would try to stretch that out on a couple of players or would you spend the whole lot on one quality addition?

IF we sold Iwobi for 20m I would find the nearest police station and hand myself in, cos that would be armed robbery.

Not entirely sure Gomes does go you know. Not much talk of it.

I’m not massively in favour of him staying but with Garner probably our best current right back and Iwobi possibly going we are down to minimal options in midfield, particularly in terms of creativity.

If the best we could get now is a 50/50 wage split for him to go on loan I don’t know if it’s worth paying a player to play for someone else when we lack numbers in his position.
 

I can’t believe anyone would pay 20m for Iwobi, plus he’s just got an injury. Last year of his contract, it’s amazing business by us if he leaves. I think Fulham want him to replace Joao Palinha who’s linked with Bayern.

If we can get rid of Cannon, Iwobi, and Gray and use the money to get Sulumana, Cornet and a centre back in then I would be made up.

Maybe deadline day moves for Gnoto, Adams, Maguire are on the cards?!??
