Summer transfer window 2023

Gray & Maupay could really do with moving on. Iwobi too but only if we got upwards of £18m for him. Gomes & Gbamin as well but it all seems to have gone very quiet with those two..

Genuinely think we need another CB and a fullback. With McNeil, Harrison, Dele & DCL still to come back I reckon we should be alright in the forward & midfield positions but we're looking a bit light at the back for me. Keane & Godfrey simply not up to standard.
Really can't see Maupay leaving now mate. Maybe just a flash point but seeing him operate last night when there are proper strikers up front of him you can perhaps see his value now. Plus Dyche keeps playing him.

Point of order: Providing your car is either petrol model made 2005 or later or a diesel 2015 or later you don’t have to worry as your vehicle is ULEZ compliant, not that you’d know this from the media coverage. The Central London congestion charge zone does not stretch to either Spurs stadium or their Colney Hatch training ground.

Now we can all carry on speculating about transfers we probably won’t make 😉
I’ll get him in my 2012 diesel Tiguan, pay the £12.50, stop at the services and buy him a maccys, no drama get it done Fulham

We had about 70m banked from our transfer dealings regarding Gordon, Keane, Simms and the Stones brucey bonus.

We have signed Beto for 25million ish, Chermo for 12m, loaned Danjuma and Harrison, who if successful, we would probably want to buy.

What does that leave us? Not much really.

OUTS OUTS OUTS please Kev.

If both Gomes and Gbamin are still here then that's a massive failure imho.

Really concerned that we havent been linked to a single CM all window.

Or fullbacks.
Hopefully it’s because we had to prioritise strikers and we’ll see some links now if we can shift Gray and Iwobi

Honestly if Thelwell gets actual money for Iwobi and Gray and we reinvest in some quality for either full back, CB or CM I’ll think he’s done a good job looking at how Beto and Danjuma have looked so far and the clear fact we had no money.

Lot of ifs and buts though, still a way to go!

We've been linked with a few midfielders mate, Wharton, The Martinez kid from Norway and the lid from Brighton who was on loan at Bruge - slow burners who'd take a while to adjust mind.

Yeah true, more ones for the future though. I’d love a Beto type signing for any of those positions mentioned who will just come in and take care of business from game one.

Agreed mate. Me too, id love a 10 or a playmaking 8. (*Anything to be said for Dele)!

One thing i have an eye on - is next summer we only have two central midfielders in contract - Onana and Garner and we could sell the former.
