There is no way we can let both Iwobi and Maupay go without bringing anyone else in, but this is Everton.

Rob Holding for 4 million would have given us another option in defence as well.

….Maupay rarely started a game last season even though we had no central strikers. We’ve brought in Beto so I think it’s fine to chase him.

Iwobi is a starter, he started this season. £20m is terrific business given his contract situation as long as we replace him with somebody more effective. I think he leaves a void, only time will tell if it‘s negligent business.

It’s true I bet Iwobi has been sold to keep us afloat till January, when a failing buisness runs out of ideas it flogs its assets and that’s what Moshiri and Dictator Bill are doing . Overseeing the never ending decline of this great club

I’d like to find out what’s funny about this ,I’m all ears

Some people on Twitter, don't know who they are, are saying that the money needs to be pocketed by the club as we are about to go into administration.

Heard administration mentioned by a few people last week. We know the club are in huge financial trouble, so could be true.
Operation Goodison.....did they fall for it Bill? ..almost Mosh...Best be having you out the back door with that Swag...the Russian doesn't like to be kept waiting

Can’t be true. As stupid as we are, other clubs and agents are not. We have players now brought in that we still owe tens of millions of pounds on. No company (apart from maybe Everton) would sell a multimillion pound item to someone and accept payment over multiple years without at least doing the very basics of due diligence on our ability to actually pay. Udinese could potentially lose millions on a sale they made 3 days ago if we suddenly went into administration. Plenty of other creditors to pay before them.

I’m sure Mosh will have us go bust at some point, but not yet.

I don’t know a single poster on here who thinks bill or mosh are doing a hood job. It’s like telling everyone it’s raining when they’re walking around in the rain

We all know!!!
Just look at the reaction when decent fans organise protests against the running of the club. There are plenty who will make excuses no matter how poor the product on the field is. You just need to look at how often you get a "but what about the stadium..." response or something along those lines.

We are a club in a cycle of decline that will eventually end in relegation, unless we make urgent changes. But we are running out of opportunities to make the changes we need.

This is another year of fighting till the very end. Yes we might stay up again, but one of these years we won't. One or two unlucky injuries this year could be all it takes.
