We have Coleman, Patterson and Garner. (And currently Holgate and Godfrey). Can’t see us spending anything at right back.
We don't need RB as a priority, Patterson will be the man long term. But Garner, Holgate and Godfrey are makeshift players to fill that roll, so you could say that about every position on the pitch if we're clambering around makeshift options.

He's actually a decent player. Was very highly thought of in Spain and been solid for Mainz. I'm surprised he's been allowed to go on a free tbh.

If true that he's available on a free, that would be fantastic business for us. He's not a world beater, but we'd struggle to get an LB of his quality in for less than £10m. If we had him with Myko as back up, that would allow time for Ishe Samuels-Smith to develop. People at the club are very excited about him.

Like I said though, it's sensible so Everton won't do it. Dyche will probably sign Charlie Taylor!
So was Gbamin

Jackson agreed terms with Bournemouth in January. Unless he went on holiday there with his parents every year as a boy and has always dreamt of playing for them, I’d say this makes him realistic for us. For all these lads is simply about getting to the PL.

Knowing us he was probably conceived there and feels like he’s going home

Everyone was impacted by Covid TBF. They cashed in on a good few, in the last widow Fofana, they had Kante and Mahrez to.

Not the point really, its very hard to sustain the models long term - it requires a near perfect success rate - its sustainable for a time - but growth itself almost makes it top heavy, that's what happened at Leicester.

Same thing happened to Swansea who were the forbearers for Leicester, who were the forebeaers for Brighton.

You can have a look at Stoke and Burnley to - but more right then the above left.

Also sold mguire for a world record

Look at the amount of errors he makes, look how many chances are created when he plays and look at the goals conceded when he’s in the team
I've watched him plenty. Yes, he's made mistakes, most footballers do. He's definitely a confidence player, but he has also had many games where he has been quietly effective, and i think the criticism of his passing is particularly unfair. He's generally good in the air, and playing with confidence, in a settled team, i just don't think he's nearly as bad as people say. He's also scored some good and important goals as well.

P. S. I know most people aren't going to agree. This isn't about me changing anyones mind. This is simply redressing the balance a little.

I've criticised plenty of players in my time, often at odds to others opinions as well. And I'm not saying Keane would be my 1st choice in an ideal world either. Simply that the criticism snowball, mostly jumped upon by people who seemingly aren't capable of forming their own opinion and just happily parrot the most prevalent of opinions ad nauseum, has reached the point whereby any opinion to the contrary is shouted down with vitriol.

He's nowhere near as bad as some would have you believe.

He was linked perhaps 5 years ago. Interesting to see how far back our transfer target list goes :o

No harm on a free and sensible wages

The only other player was the wolves lad i thought we could get a decent deal but was frozen out of the team for some reason and well tierney but his injuries just dont think could risk it
AIt Nouri ?

I like him.

Keane is better in the opposing 18yrd box, aswell as that Beauty against spurs, the control for the lay off for Mina's goal was just pure Sublime. It looks better every time you see it..

One thing dyche always goes on about is getting the basics right first, and Keane ( Aswell as Godfrey & Holgate ) biggest's flaws are the basics.
It doesn't matter how fit you are or how good you can look in a certain game, when you carry such a low confidence level, how can dyche even try to fit you into his system, or he's going against everything he preaches..

That's a balanced view. He's made too many errors to be considered a good player overall, but he's still a better cb than Godfrey and Holgate.
