WHAT ARE YOU GOING ON ABOUT??!?!?!?! šŸ”„ šŸ”„ šŸ”„
This isn't that hard to understand! Teams at the level where Iwobi fits in don't have the money to spend on a player of his profile. Everton for example should not buy someone of Iwobi's profile. Never ever. And a lot of teams (not Villa, watch how it works out for them down the road) have figured this out.

Chelsea, City and Newcastle have enough money that none of this applies to them. They buy who they want and then buy who they want again.

So Iwobi is so good that only skint clubs will be interested in him on a free?

That is not an unfair point, though I think Gnoto has a bit more to him.

As for Gray, would not be surprised if his lack of match time had as much to do with his attitude off the pitch as his ability on itā€¦

Dyche doesnā€™t strike me as the type to put up with any BS
I'm guessing that being able to deal with a wide variety of BS is a core skill for a manager.

There's some "skint" clubs playing some damn good football these days if you haven't noticed. Watch the games right mate?

I have no idea what point you're trying to make but it's wrong.

For someone who believes Iwobi is the second-coming of Zidane you have a fairly low impression of how other clubs view him.

They'll want to sell to anyone if he's stalling on a new contract. His current one runs out next year, I believe.
Would love it but itā€™s just so hard to see how we could win a race for him. I guess we donā€™t have any idea about our budget (despite what a lot of people insist) but itā€™s hard to see us paying more than other clubs. And would he want to come here over a top half club? Itā€™s possible but two consecutive relegation battles are going to make it harder than last year. Iā€™m just not getting my hopes up. Then again I said the same thing before the Onana signing last summer.

I don't think he's the second coming of Zidane! I explicit said a few posts ago I am simply a fan of him being decent for where we have been lately.
