What? Of course they do, all the time, especially players that are so clearly brilliant and creative like Iwobi apparently is. There should be a mile long queue of clubs wanting to sign him. What a truly, truly weird thing to say.
They really don't.

Anyway there's a big gap between the two thoughts you're portraying of Iwobi is the worst player I've ever seen (your opinion) and Iwobi is the best player ever (what you’re saying I think) and I'm pretty comfortably in that range. Iwobi is a decent player. At times in midfield he's even been a good player. As far as Everton goes that makes him quite good for us. I think when he leaves on a free next year he'll find a decent home. But no he's not going to City or Barcelona and I'm not really sure I've ever said that. I simply like him because he's one of the few players we've had in recent years that occasionally picks out forward passes into dangerous areas. Saying that doesn't mean I'm putting him next to Kevin De Bruyne or even Pienaar. We're at a different level and on a curve I think he's done alright.

Depends what type of player you're looking for, they should just be hitting there prime by then.
No not really. Players best years are like 24 to 29. If you're buying someone at 27 they're probably on the downside and you'll have a couple of suboptimal years before they end their deal and you won't be able to move them on for any money back. They're bad deals by and large unless you simply have money to burn.

Just don’t see Gnoto as a Dyche player at all. He’s not dissimilar to Gray, and Dyche was doing his best to not have to play him.

I think you'd be surprised. Gnonto's defensive stats last season showed he worked pretty hard without the ball.

In terms of dribbles/carries with the ball, there's not many in the league better than Gnonto.

Harrison probably is more but maybe Dyche isn't calling all the shots on recruitment we have a DOF who should be looking long term

Chelsea signed a 27 year old Sterling for £50m as well as 30 year old Koulibaly for £30m.

City signing Kovacic at 29 for £25m, the smartest club in the world who rarely get anything wrong.

Villa signed Ings for £25m and Digne for £27m who were both 29. West Ham signed Ings in January at 30 for £15m.

Newcastle signed Dan Burn at 29 for £12m, Chris Wood at 31 for £25m and Trippier at 31 for £12m.

Arsenal signed 31 year old Jorginho for £12m.

Stop saying stupid things please, for one second of your life, I’m begging you. It’s exhausting.

3 of those teams have no budget! I specified that.

Anyway I guess Villa have to buy him.

What age did Madrid sign Modric off spurs ?

You got me mate. If we can sign one of the best midfielders of his generation we're good.

What about all those players I mentioned that aren’t the best players of their generation? All bought by clubs that we agree have been very clever in the transfer market and are improving all the time, apart from maybe Chelsea?

Why doesn’t anyone want to buy Alex Iwobi?
