No, theres only been a few players each season ive really pushed here and wanted for us to sign.
The names ive mentioned in this post are all English keepers/defenders who 'might' be available.
Ive asked for "thoughts on the below players" not that im recommending any.
The one listed i have talked about for 18months+ is Levi Colwill (who you dont rate). He's behind Koulibaly, Badiashile and Fofana...probably Silva as well.
The other, Trevoh Chalobah i mentioned 4 years or more ago.
Neither will be instant first choices at Chelsea and although both can also play DM they wont get games for Chelsea there either.
Both of them walk into our team and would be England regulars very quickly.
If we could move on defenders then even a loan would be good.

Didn't he end up at Dortmund?
Edit: Just looked and he was at dortmund for 2 years and played 27 games and now at Girona and has played 10.

Any money we do have I want to see a team full of hard working pros.
Not players from relegated sides or lads who haven’t been able to break into united for the last ten years and are on the cheap like Phil Jones- nailed on we sign him btw.

Behind Branthwaite/Tarkowski we have nothing...same with Onana/Garner and Mykolenko/Patterson.
If we could sign or loan one of the two it provides options and quality.
We need to raise as much as possible from Keane, Godfrey, davies, Onanna, maupay , gray, doucoure and DCL and sign players with re sale value and potential. Ideally not from the prem … that’s if we stay up Pf course .

first you have the unspent gordon money from january 2023 which is 40 mil +
then you have the guaranteed moise kean money from juve which is around 24 mil
the question is whether these funds will be used towards transfers though
the reason I ask this is because why are we being told by the media that we are selling onana to raise money to sign players this summer?
if we get 60 mil for onana then that is 124 mil recouped from onana, gordon and kean
and don't get me wrong I don't want pickford to leave but if spurs or man utd or chelsea come in with a ridiculous bid for Pickford, I can't see us turning it down either
the other issue is that we are still like 200 mil over ffp or something, so does that mean we won't spend much this summer if we stay up?
even if we do recoup 150 mil from transfer fees how much of that will be spent on new players? maybe half if we are lucky
