He isn't a number nine, despite his size.by that I mean winning headers , holding the ball up ect., Good at running through to get a shot away and hitting the target
I have watched him come from the kids, he is a more than decent finisher, got a bit of pace, needs to use his strength a bit more of I had a problem with him.
for the money your getting him for I would say it's good business for you
he will get you double figures easy if you give him the chances.
would not have a worry about him if I was a Coventry fan, give him a bit of experience and you will get your money worth out of him.
 
£8m is great business for Simms let’s be honest. Kev having a good window getting fees thus far, and letting certain players go to bring the wage bill down. Hope he’s allowed to actually spend a few quid now.

Find the silence on Gray a bit odd though, allegedly Al Hilal sent a delegation for talks (must be headed by the Saudi Kenwright, insert muppets on bikes pic here) but we’ve heard nout since. Given that Fulham and Palace apparently want him too I’d expect to have heard something by now.

He should have Gustavo Hamer putting the ball on a plate for him though which will help him.

Gray's still at the Gold Cup with Jamaica so probably wants to stay focused on that.
