the young players policy was always what kev wanted to do but dyche ostracised them, there's many podcasters who have confirmed that dyche was a deterrent for players joining us and he ostracised o'brien to the point where o'brien nearly left the club

He probably wont sign and we, IMO, probably wont even bid.

But that wont stop people saying "We should have signed Delap" after every goal next season.

Agreed. My point isn't just about Delap . We need to sign these players before they have a break out season in the premier league. People think we are gonna splash loads of dosh on wonderkids and established first team players in the league. Well I got news for them...

He's not allowed play in Serie A. Same as Eriksen.

They seem to switch their striker setup every season regardless of the effectiveness, but you're correct it's probably unlikely

ipswich signed delap from city because he was surplus to requirements at city as he was never going to play for them, he had a couple of loan spells in the championship

even a decent player from the championship these days will cost you over 20 mil

Well with DCL off we’ll definitely be signing A striker. That’s a given. There is no way on gods green earth we go in to next season with Beto and Chermitti as the only strikers on the books.

CB - Eric Dier, Lindelof
RB - Tariq Lamptey, KWP
LB - Reguilon
CM - Jorginho, Angel Gomes, Koke, KdB
CF - Lacazette, Calum Wilson, J David, Sane

Do I think KdB or Sane would ever consider coming to Everton, no, but I'd like us to aspire to that calibre of player. Though I do think the likes of Wilson and Dier would improve us short term as long as they stay fit.

Walker-Peters stinks of Moyes. Versatile full-back to cover both sides.

Wilson id get as a third choice but well wages have to match his injury record and just for the season. Still go out and get a first choice.

I would as problems at rb because questions of all of the rb at rhe club and if patterson is good enough. Could still go out get a rb for the future to build up, i think for a free would be a good optuon
