Benfica last summer bought about 4 or 5 Serbs which is unusual for them as they normally buy a cluster of Argies or Brazilians.

One of the Serbs was highly regarded Lazar Markovic and another was Sulejmani from Ajax, both are very good players!

Need another centre-half because Distin is getting on and Alcaraz is too injury prone. Could do with another centre midfielder. Will be great getting Gibbo back but we need to someone to take over from Osman, he can only be a spare part next year because he's not good enough to be a starter anymore.

Personally, I think we'll get a that Traore back on loan and probably sign Barry. Don't want Cleverley or Rodwell but I'd have to trust Martinez's judgement. He's only made on poor signing so far and that's Kone, but even that was just down to rotten luck because he got such a bad injury.

Clearly we have a few concerns with certain players due to fitness, but in terms of numbers if we could get the above in and possibly another CM for the number 8/10 postion we should be ok, thats based on us getting EL rather than CL, but if we got CL I doubt we would see any increase in "investment" until at least Summer 2015.

Was watching barca vs bilbao the other day and afflay was on the bench forgot about him think he would be quality here and barca payed sod all for him so would be quite cheap as well with Bobbys connections like, maybe.
