Agree mate, in fact the old Yugoslav countries are having a bit of a renaissance in the talent coming through atm, with Croatia having two very promising youngsters - including the one just signed by Barca at 16/17

Think the Barca bung system has been at work their with his family, club officials etc, but yeah their the types of deal we need to try sort going forward and think Martinez values bringing youth players in with natural talent, so heres hoping

not that milner sshould have cost anywhere near that much. he'd be a great addition if we could get him cheap imo. he's like park ji sung was at united, always trusted in the bigger games, never seen him dissapoint as well tbh. he'd thrive here imo, thought he was a couple of years older than 28 as well tbh.

When you can cross like Milner you don't need pace, Barry, Makele, Dzeko, Pirlo, Xavi, Van Buytan, Demichelis are all miles slower.

Turns out that Caulker and Medel have relegation release clauses, not seen much of Cardiff but Caulker was good for Swansea, and Medel is captain of Chile. Worth a punt?

Gary Medel is a bulldog, but he never struck me as particularly adapted to our style of play.
