I've not been amazed by Batshuayi from what I've seen of him (admittedly little), he doesn't seem particularly quick and he's got a Sturridge type cockiness about him which is only OK if you've got the talent to back it up.

There wouldn't be too much harm getting someone with loads of experience of Europe like them.

Wonder how old Cambiasso is now though? Quality player a couple if years back still from what I remember. Yep totally agree, a couple of experienced heads will do no harm with the European games and fixture back log.

mmmm Barry territory then. Might ever so slightly be worth a punt that imo. I've got a feeling Barry will be elsewhere next season ( just a hunch ) and if that happens I wouldn't be adverse to another wise head coming in to do a job.

Honestly don't know mate. Don't have Belgian football on my telly anymore. That will change from next season. According to a few (Belgian/Genk) mates of mine he is certainpy rated as a very good prospect for the future.

fair point tbh, if we'd be willing to buy barry, why not cambiasso?

Whilst that's great if true, unfortunately the same applies for all our rivals.

Think we will have a very good kitty available this summer but I think themain benefit of all this extra cash will be finally getting a stadium plan up and moving.

meh, spurs spend £100m, whilst we collect £13m. spurs spending £130m, with us spending £30m is much better for us.
