Makes me laugh when people say get rid of those players. Do these people actually believe Martinez will or is it what they want to happen, cos what they want and what Martinez will do are 2 totally different things!

Martinez as already said Ossie & Hibbo have got important roles to play at the club seen as though there Everton through and through.

And not so long ago Martinez said Kone would surprise us fans next season and be an integral part of the squad, so i dont think he's going anywhere. And Naismith is a decent player to have in the squad IMO.

Linked with Omar Abdulrahman in the Daily Star today. Probably bollocks, but I wouldn't be against signing him. I seen him during the Olympics for UAE and he was sensational. His trickery and flair was a cut above everyone else. Man City even took him on trial!

Omar's coming

Yes please! Looked quality in the Olympics

I never saw mate, just said we were interested in him, never saw a fee mentioned but that does seem steep to me, £17.5m
For a striker in his prime who's been scoring for fun? He'd be absolutely worth it as well i suspect, if he took to the league with no hitches.

In Russia though! Fair do's he's done it in Europe aswell but still, £17.5m for a striker who plays in Russia is a lot for me.

Last striker signed from Russia for a lot of money was Pavlyuchenko and whilst he was decent, he didnt exactly bang em in for Spurs did he, struggled to get a run of games half the time.

If he didn't make it at Man City then will he be good enough for us?

Carlos Bacca

Like the look of this lad, scores all sorts of goals, works hard and seems a bit sneaky in his ways, bit like Suarez how he wins the ball back at times. Not dirty like Suarez though.

For £9m he could be worth a shout this summer.

We were linked with Bacca this week.

Reminds me of Luis Fabiano who was in the main effing boss.

This lad for £9m ish makes sense to me.

With Barca's transfers on skids, we can knick all their targets using the war-chest, with change left over for the bunk-beds and the new pitch.

Can't believe some people want us to get rid of Naismith. He had the game of his life on Sunday and seems to be getting better with every game. I think he is a great impact player to bring on when we are looking flat. I rate him highly, he must stay at the club.

When he plays off the striker, he brings summat different to what Barkley does in that he runs beyond Lukaku and in behind the opposition defence causing a different threat. Barkley always wants to play infront of the defence and pick up the ball deep and run at em, he rarely goes beyond Lukaku and take defenders away from the big man. Naismith did that sunday and it opened the game up for us. He's great to have from the bench IMO
