That's funny, fair play!!!! lol

However, I couldn't help but notice that mockery was made by a Newcastle fan.... Well, where do I start with the filth. Should I upload the imagine of Kevin Keegan's brilliant reaction to Stan Collymore's late goal to cost them the title. Should I upload the recent video of the Newcastle fan punching a horse in a recent derby. How about if I remind them that we relegated them (officially) by beating Everton (No offence lads) and sunk them to the Championship. How about a gentle reminder of our recent 6-in-a-row derby wins (Which kept us up as we consistently took 6 points from them). Decisions decisions! Newcastle have every right to enjoy their current situation (And laugh at ours) but there's plenty of ammunition we can throw at them!

From the true Geordie's rants, to a fan holding a 'Ashley out banner' falling over the steps at St James Park, to their banner mocking Sunderland which was spelt incorrectly etc.....

They're the gift that keeps on giving.
I can't stand Newcastle Utd

Hmmmm, you've certainly not made your case very clear here if you don't mind me saying.

So, your logic is to hate a set of fans for taking a liking to your club? I don't see this 'pat pat pat' you're referring to. When we play Everton, I want to beat you, vice versa you - There's no 'love in' apart from in your very vivid imagination. The reason @Sunderland afc joined (I'm assuming) likewise myself, was to say how much we respect what you did in regards to Bradley Lowery, which was a touch of class. Since then, a lot (Not all) of Sunderland fans have wanted to see Everton do well. I'd said that from day one. I don't like your red neighbours, who I see as deluded and arrogant, so - I always want you to beat them come derby day. That's it, very simplistic really.

You're generalizing an entire set of fans on some very weird, utter hatred under a misconception that we're all 'salt of the earth' have 'soft spots' and your personal best, we're all "uniformly invertebrate". I will give you some credit, that's quite a well worded insult - uniformly invertebrate - so, fair play. lol

Drawing at home to Bolton doesn't spell doom, 'doom' was very much setting in last year - Keep up lad. We're in a crisis, but we'll recover, and I'll take great pleasure seeing our team rise from the ashes, we won't go bust, wishful thinking on your part.

I like Sunderland myself, think their fans are sound. Ignore him - don't rise to it.

Well said. Sunderland are a good club who are being run terribly at the moment. On the whole their fans are a very decent set of fans and I can't help but feeling sorry for their plight. Have the same feeling as a lot of our fans do about Newcastle as well. See themselves as a lot more important to English Football than they actually are.

Hope they can turn it around but it doesn't look likely any time soon, can see them dropping in to League 1.

We would of ended up like them if Lerner wouldn't of sold us when he did. I thought they would struggle and a lot of people predicted a double drop. They really are in a bad way and the fans have completely lost faith. I don't mind Sunderland and I much prefer them over Newcastle.

In our darkest of times the horse punchers can be relied on to put a smile on our faces

:eek::blush:lol
In the deluded stakes, they are actually worse than the rs. At least the rs have actually won stuff within the living memory of most fans.

Thank you mate. I'm just going to ignore him like you say.

Regarding yesterdays result - it went exactly as I thought. We started okay, then we conceded the first goal and our already-low confidence just went to pieces. Cattermole and Gibson simply can't start the same match, they both play the same role (not very effective I must add) and simply don't have the legs to get around the pitch. This league, is all about pace & power and we're desperately slow in the middle of the pitch. There's no real urgency in our play, no desire to bust a gut and gamble to get in the box. I think, the back of the players mind is "I can't commit forward as we'll be done on the counter" so we're playing cautiously, to the point of when we get in the final third, we don't bust a gut to get players forward, which means our forward is isolated. It's very frustrating to watch, seeing the problem in front of you happening week-in-week-out but not being addressed.

McGeady was poor yesterday, but he's probably being on best player so far this season so you can forgive him for inconsistency (Which has been a problem with him for years) but Cattermole & Gibson simply must be dropped, they won't be, but they should. They offer us nothing, just play easy sideways passing and refuse to play a risky forward pass to get us up the pitch.

The real annoying thing about yesterday was 'Boro were there for the taking, 100%. They didn't play at all well, they didn't need to, we didn't test their keeper once in that entire second half, that is fundamentally unacceptable.

Incredibly, I wasn't even that bothered yesterday. I'm past the point of caring and letting it ruin my day, I simply went to the pub, had a few beers and forgot about it. That's not like me, normally, it takes me a week to get over a bad result. I'm losing my desire to support this lot as I can't relate to them.

Millwall next.....

I watched the Boro game yesterday, both looked poor teams and not really a great deal between both considering it was a top v bottom clash,Ndong seemed to be the only one with a bit of pace and nous about him, once he got injured there was no urgency about Sunderland, the only bright spot at the moment is teams around you are also looking poor

Ndong at least can pick his head up and pick out a pass. Like you say, he's able to get around the pitch but the poor sod is having to work twice as hard to cover Cattermole/Gibson who at times appear to have pavement slabs attached to their boots. I was honestly worried about Gibson yesterday, he was so out of breath 'chasing' (If you can call it that) one of their young kids for 40 yards he looked like he was about to keel over at the end!

I'm not sure where or next win will come from, January, will be the most important transfer window in Sunderland's entire history. Might be a bit of a controversial statement, but I think it is that important. Buy right - We'll hopefully grind a few results out with new players, if we buy wrong - we're heading for league 1.

Our funds are dire, but we need to utilize the loan market and buy sensibly.

Cattermole was finished 2 years ago and yet still got a decent contract didnt he? Gibson has never even started to have a chance to be finished the only half decent side I have seen so far in that division is Wolves the rest its a case of big grocks, stamina and getting stuck in

Yep, think we gave him a 5 year contract a couple of years ago, so, he's going nowhere..... Only Sunderland would reward Cattermole with a luxury, 5 year deal when he's been consistently below-par for years.

Just one of many examples of where the club has been run at such an amateur level, they should be held accountable.

As usual, it's the fan who suffer the most.
