They can join us for a party in this thread if / when it happens, everyone welcome, BYOB

I was at the Wimbledon game and was too busy celebrating to notice, but I've heard RS were outside Goodison waiting to come in and celebrate us going down ?

Probably an urban myth like, but that would have been carnage.

Apparently that is true, they had mock coffins made didn't they

One of my work colleagues was at Villa Park watching those rats and he said the whole ground erupted when we went two down with the Kopites going mental.

To be fair, how much would we enjoy a good rs relegation? I'd be guffawing more than just a little at that. I'd love to be contributing to the 2nd division thread with some pithy comments if that came to pass.

I openly admit that I would love to see their demise.
The main reason is nothing to do with team affairs, and more to do with how the rats would react if they had to experience the absolute crap we have had to tolerate over the last generation.
Nothing bitter about that, I'm just curious.

To be fair, I think the rs would probably drop off our radar more or less. They'd however be banging on about the great rebirth of the rs-Leeds games or some such rot. And they'd be right, it is their rightful league after all if you know your history.

Second successive game Sunderland have thrown away a lead to draw. They're dead in the water now.

Rodders is going to be easily the most well-paid player in League One.
