Basically. Scousers are lovely but Liverpool is a [Poor language removed] hole in general I got from that. But of an insult really ( although round the two grounds is pretty much a shithole )

Same here. Basically it was 'Liverpool is a kip but the people are friendly'. It's funny what getting bought a pint can do for someone. Amazed at the reaction.
 

Sunderland are a real club.

I have my own purely subjective list of "real clubs" based on I suppose tradition and class.

Sunderland, Aston Villa, Arsenal, man U are real clubs.

Man C, Chelsea,are minnows.

Lets be honest lads while the vast majority of Kopites are not scumbags, the majority of scumbags in Liverpool are Kopites rather than Everton fans. How many times have to gone the game or went to the pub to watch the blues and ended up having a great laugh with random strangers, the only thing you have in common is your Everton fans. I never seen an argument or fight between Everton fans in a pub, like you get with Liverpool every time they play a big game. Our fans are probably the most respected fans in Britain the only teams whose fans don't like us are City and the RS, everyone else respects us. I've always liked Sunderland, I enjoyed my visit to the SOL 2 years ago when we won. Their fans always feel comfortable enough to drink in pubs around Goodison. I remember after the 7- 1 we had some banter with them in their off licence with they took in good spirits. When young boys fans came to Liverpool last year we had lots of banter with them and it was a good laugh. While things are never usually easy being an Everton fan and living in Liverpool around the RS can be even more difficult. I always proud that we have great supporters, most of whom are salt of the earth.

I disagree with I hear people saying that Liverpool is the nicest city in the world and how friendly everybody is because I'm not sure it's necessarily that true. There are certain areas of Liverpool such as Anfield, Everton, Kirkdale, Dingle, Deysbrook, Canny Farm, and Kenny that are really horrible areas that should be best avoided. However the majority of areas are perfectly fine and are very pleasant places to live and work.
