Pienaar isn't a natural winger. The reason he has an impact is that he is a supremely talented footballer, always has been always will be. Movement, touch, technique and clever passing. All of a sudden our players our finding space and running off the ball. Pienaar has been our key player for 5 or 6 years. Massively underrated by Everton fans because he can't shoot and doesn't play a killer pass or cross very often. Best performance last year was Arsenal away, best player for Everton was Pienaar.

He is fantastic. But he is 33 and has had niggling injury problems the past two seasons. How likely is he to stay fit next year?

Spot on that's what this team is missing some creative midfielders instead of defensive midfielders we have to many of the same type.
