Mirallas looks more of a striker than midfielder to me. Greedy for goals in a good way. Stick him up front with Felli.

Coleman and naismith right side.

Is it wrong to be excited that Hibbo might be injured as it would hopefully mean Neville being moved to RB and a midfielder playing midfield. Or get this crazy idea..... Fellaini playing his natural position and one of the new attacking players playing in an attacking position.

After consideration, it's probably be Jags right back and Neville in midfield so Moyes can read threads about people raging and laugh while he eats his Cornies on Saturday morning.

I wouldn't say excited like, bodies are sparse enough as it is. Every cloud though...

I ****ing hate early kick offs, Saturday's my lie in day... but at least we don't have to wait until Monday.

Howard
Neville - Jagielka - Distin - Baines
Heitinga - Fellaini
Naismith - Osman - Pienaar
Mirallas

That's probably what I would go with. Naismith and Mirallas could switch. Wouldn't start Anichebe, he doesn't have the stamina, I'd bring him on for Naismith on 60 mins. Obviously it will be the 85th.

Wouldn't have Coleman at right back since Swansea are an attacking side and have been scoring for fun.

Simple mathmatical equation, Osman and P Nev start as a central midfield 2 the we lose Guarenteed. Swansea will have done their homework and will see that neither have the legs to play 90 minutes there in the league they will have them chasing for the first 35 to knacker them out and then we will flag in the second half where they will win it. If I were a bookie I would offer 4/1 on an Everton win with them 2 starting as our only 2 centre midfielders.

With Gibson, Jelavic and probably Hibbert out ? I would play

Howard
Neville-----Jagielka-----Distan-----Baines
Coleman---Osman------Fellaini---Pienaar
Naismith
Mirallas
Subs: Mucha, Heitinga, Duffy, Oviedo, Gueye, Anichebe, Vellios

I'd play Coleman to help Neville out against their speedy wingers.

This will be the team, In Moyes eyes we won 4-2 against Newcastle so why change it. Not sure I agree with not having a lot of options tho, Heitinga, Coleman, Naismith could/should all be deserving of a start and I really hope for once Moyes has the balls to change it about a bit. Some of the performances were not good enough and you shouldnt be guaranteed your place until injury/suspension.

Will Moyes give Coleman a rare start at right back or will he take the safe option of Neville? If he goes for the latter he will surely play Fellaini deeper rather than go for a Heitinga-Osman partnership infront of the back four. And if he does that it creates an opening behind the striker. Maybe he'll move Mirallas inside and go for Naismith on the right? Whichever way he plays it he needs to bring someone into the side inplace of Hibbo. Once he's done that he only has two more realistic options to change the side, hence not a lot to choose from. Mucha, Duffy, Oviedo, Junior and Gueye will most likely make up the bench but they're not in with a shout of starting.

If Williams fails to overcome his ankle injury their only regular defender will be Angel. They also have doubts over their anchor men: Britton (illness) and De Guzman (ankle). Danny Graham is also doubtful too. We'll have to be careful of getting caught by the pace of Dyer and Routledge on the break but, if we can get at their brittle defence, this game could be ours.
