He just ain't the same player since taking the Captains role, and that's not just from this Championship, you could see it since 'Morgan' Retired.
Tho who should replace him as captain, 'I Don't Know' and as for WK, Bairstow hasn't exactly been earning his place in the team.

Didn't watch the final, as I'm away. But you gotta feel that was South Africa's best chance they will get of lifting a world cup.
Could see how poorly prepared most nations where this tournament. And for most of South Africa's star players that was their last world cup appearance.
