The other option is 3-4-3 where you do the same thing but you also have to drop a midfielder for Mason Holgate so I wouldn't do that.

mcneil our best cross stopper and patterson our best attacking wing back but both play on the same side so switch patterson to left back instead

Almost agree ! Like the midfield, I honestly forgot about Iwobi ! but I'd swap Grey for Maupay who will work harder and I think add more of a goal threat.
