For me:

Arsenal (manager, players, style. The fans are 50/50, I know some top Gunners and some right tits)

Portsmouth (their fans -- bar the knob in the hat)

And I can't remember which team, but there was a European side we played either last year or the year before, and we were battering them but their fans were still great. Possibly Sigma Olomouc. (Edit: It was AEK Athens).

Ajax is a good shout too. You've got to appreciate their importance to European football, with their academy as much as anything else.

Mate trust me some of their fans are pure scum. These are the guys that put a banner up saying "We Are Glad Your Kid's Dead" after Lumana Lua Lua's son died of cot death just because he wanted to leave.
