It’s fairly warm but not too bad. Hot for England but a bit mild if we were to go on holiday.

One perk of spending about 9 hours outdoors working right through from morning to evening is that come bedtime I'm beyond knackered and used to being exposed to the peak daytime heat. Just being indoors feels much cooler and sleep comes pretty easy after a cold shower.

This comment isn’t ageing well. Hotter than Marbella and Tenerife today.
My personal opinion is that it’s utterly grim. Not pleasant in the slightest this. Would be great if I could jump in a pool or was in an air conditioned apartment.
Get a fan you melon. Like 15 quid in Argos.
Not spending 15 quid on a fan to use for 1 week a year and then lose it in me shed. Rather just sweat and moan about it.
You can ping paper airplanes into it the other 51 weeks though.
Or speak into it and make funny sounds. Think you’ve sold it for me now.
Think you were just massively underestimating a fan tbh. Can blow bubbles out of it too.
