He did alright I thought. I also thought some of the policies they're talking about make sense. There's just something about him that makes me think he'd go to pieces at the first serious situation that arose.

Farage on the other hand looks like he wouldn't give a flying one if the whole world was burning as long as we're OK. I also know he's a Tory on speed though. As you say what's behind his eyes?

His style of politics is a breath of fresh air for me after all this political correctness crap which has been a hideaway for cowards to avoid saying what the mean and believe in. Hopefully some of that will rub off on the others.

I think when it comes to the crunch a lot of seasoned voters will stick with the tories and Labour with Farage taking a bit out of all three. Hopefully he'll see of the lib dems and become the third party in Britain.

lib dems are in for a hiding, can see a lot of there voter going labour way rather than tory, think UKIP will surpasse them with numbers of votes, maybe not in seats[/QUOTE]

Yeah, it's a massive jump from Liberal to Tory. I can see them not voting at all TBH. Must be a lot of disillusioned supporters in that camp. Rightly so. I think UKIP have got a plan about where they fight, I remember reading.

To be fair, for anybody who is a true liberal, it's an even bigger jump from Liberal to Labour.

I'm voting for Emma Watson.

Her speech the other day was far more impressive than anything I've seen from any party leader for a long time because it actually came from both her heart and head. So yes, based on that Emma Watson for President.

Aye, I think she'd make a great leader.

Seriously:

Working class people voting for Farage is the definition of turkeys voting for Christmas. Obviously the situation that we, the working class, find ourselves in is far from ideal but our desires wouldn't be achieved under Farage. The only way it would be achieved is by another peasant's revolt and not a bunch of ultra-capitalist Tory's who believe that legalising gay marriage resulted in last year's floods, that climate change is a myth and that Maggie Thatcher was the saviour and that the poor and vagrant should be in workhouses.

I pay my annual £10 to be a party member.
Best value tenner ever (apart from the double tenner to GOT for a fabulous mug of course). For my money, I get a rosette, a lapel pin and most importantly, free access to input ideas for the manifesto. PLUS I get to have a novelty name should I choose to stand as the local candidate.

Can't ask fairer than that IMHO

Which party comes so cheap?

?...........and not a bunch of ultra-capitalist Tory's who believe that legalising gay marriage resulted in last year's floods, that climate change is a myth and that Maggie Thatcher was the saviour and that the poor and vagrant should be in workhouses.

Tbf, they are right like........

Or maybe she's an actress........

The Lib Dems should be in for a hiding, but there are a lot of woolly jumper people out there. I think UKIP will target them and Labour, as the Tories will be making a big deal out of the Economy, In/Out of Europe and English voting for English laws...............

Milliband going (not going to happen) would blast this apart if labour got the right leader, he really isnt doing himself any good the last few days, should say his health is going or something, otherwise 60 odd million people are going to be under tory rule , to much of a price to pay for his vanity/stubboness.
