it’s coming. the board last week killed this club, this is the start of the spiral in every aspect of the club.

brace yourselves - the club we all love and once new, soon isn’t to be anymore

in about 5 years time when god knows what league we’re in

“member everton” they were a big club once”

NSNO - nope not anymore
Kin ell mate, you’re like a dark cloud travelling around the forum, things are depressing enough as it is with the state of the club but you’re starting a new thread to basically say what you keep saying in every other thread … we get it matty, things ain’t good. You need to relax, go outside and smell the air, take a walk, buy an ice cream and sit by a pond watching the ducks… end of the day you may enjoy yourself and Everton will still be in the same state they were when you left the house… but you will have had a nice day

i’m not saying we won’t support them

i’m saying things are about to change ffs
No doubt. The majority of us on here won't have ever experienced us in anything other than the top flight. Someone has to go down, though, and we've rode our luck far more than the other ever present teams in the PL.

It'd be a lot easier to take if it was JUST a case of us having a worse squad than everyone else, but the situation with the board, manager, murky Soviet benefactor etc has obviously made it far more head wrecking.

It seems like it's all done bar the shouting, though, so we just have to do our best not to get too upset about it. Worst case the club goes pop, and in all likelihood we'll have some kind of phoenix club to support on its journey from the wilds of non-league football. As long as we're resolved to doing it, we'll always find a way to get some perverse enjoyment out of supporting Everton in whichever format it exists.

I blame you Matty.

For your endless support of Frank and saying we have to stick with him.

I think we are more likely than not to go down myself.

It's as clear as day that we will continue to go backwards with this board and ownership.

But I do think a line was crossed on Saturday which will ultimately hasten their departure.

We have not been run properly since "modern" football was invented.

It's a shame that this might result in ultimate relegation but it's by no means definite either. We are not down it's January though very obviously it's a very real prospect as it was last year.

Whenever change comes and we get our house in order - and we will - then however long it takes there will be better times for us.

No club has been run as badly as we have.

I know what you mean Matty, just got to remember... Half the season to go and as it stands 2 points see us out of the bottom 3. Stay strong blues, it's not over till it's over x
