The Ashes 2013 Thread

Avoiding the follow on here is essential to my well being as I have spent £65 on a ticket for tomorrow.

Should be an interesting day no matter what happens last session. Avoiding the follow on is more than realistic but we have a history of making things hard for ourselves

Been a fantastic knock from KP, and a very good recovery after being 110 for 4 at one point. If they keep going for the rest of this session they could have retained the ashes by Monday.

Tbf he has not had much cricket really since he was injured. Just needs to carry his bat a bit. So long as they make the follow on score I suspect we are heading for a draw.

he's thrown away a start in every innings this series. it's not really what they need.

how anybody gets out to mitchell starc i don't know. The guy couldn't hit the stumps to save his life and bowls so many down the leg side

hopefully we are about 80-120 runs behind when we're bowled out. it would be about lunch tomorrow or just after and leave Clarke with a decision to make about how to go about winning the test. I actually think England can actually still win this. depends massively on this partnership and other course the weather

thought there was the tiniest white mark on hotspot there. ah well, if he'd have hit it he would have reviewed straight away so musn't have been.

starc is still ****e though, long list of aussie bowlers who seem to be better batsmen i.e. johnson, agar, pattinson
