Fielding is so poor

Listened to Steve Harmison this morning, he was pretty scathing about the preparation in the lead up to a match. Very haphazard attitude to all practice under this regime! Basically said some of them will sit in the dressing room having a laugh rather than get in the nets, or get involved in fielding practice!
