Agree with you. And Broad is a legend of the game. But I've been discussing England's greatest 11 with mates this weekend. It's a tough one. Does he get in? He has loads of wickets. Big innings in the ashes. Can score a few with the bat. But would you have him in over the likes of say Truman or Willis who have much better avarages. Then there's Anderson and a few spinners to chose from.

Always love the stupidity of the 'Well, they played for so long, of course they broke records/scored so many runs/got so many wickets/insert achievements for other sports'. Is not being able to play at the top for that long an achievement in itself, not many players in any physical sport gets to be able to stay at the top for half the time Broad has been there.
