Im trying not to be negative. It's entertaining stuff. But I can't help myself from questioning some of the decison making.

1. Didn't agree with the declaration. Why declare when Root is scoring for run at a very high run rate? For me it's more anti cricket to stop him in full flow. We'd have a 50ish headstart now.

2. The risk taking of the second innings. They pretty much have all day to bat and on a very good wicket. Losing Root and Brooks has now sent the run rate over a cliff. If they would just bat normally they'd probably have a 200 lead now.

England could still go on to win this, but why make it harder for themselves?
