The Battle for Number 10 - NOT A Live Debate - Cameron vs Miliband - 9PM KO

Is this not your own position of obvious bias?

I think Miliband is rubbish, also thought the last Labour governments were on balance one of the worst ever and have actually never voted Labour before. I also think that overall the belief of the top 1% doing well helping the 99% via a trickle down effect, which is the Tory position, is in theory a correct one, but it doesn't work in practice the way it's currently implemented as there's no trickle down, but that's still a better position than all out socialism/marxism, which will never work.

So no, not obvious bias. I judge things based on what I see in front of me, not on unwavering standpoints.

Labour leaning people think Ed won and Conservative leaning people think Cameron won.

Truly shocking revelations.

No deep down a lot of Conservative leaning people know Ed won, it was hilarious watching the Tory commentators last night clutching at straws one woman even said she didn't like how Ed walked around the stage and how he spoke with his hand in his pocket she said it wasn't prime ministerial.

Laughable.

Do they? How many conservatives have you polled, if you don't mind me asking?

It's a bit like me saying "Deep down a lot of Labour leaning people know Cameron won" - I can't really prove it...

I thought Ed did okay though, probably slightly better than Cameron, but I don't think either "won".

Like you I thought Ed did better than Cameron I haven't polled anyone but get the feeling most people think the way you and I do .

I only caught the end of Milliband and Paxman. Why does Paxman have to be personal and nasty? Its not about you ya little crotch sniffer, its about asking tough questions. Leave the callous degrading jibes out of it

That was my thought as well mate. From the bits I saw and have heard, it was as much a "look how tough I am" show from Paxman as anything. Like asking a PM if he could live on a zero hours contract is just a stupid line of questioning.

Thought Miliband came over ok mainly, other than his faux tough guy line. But it is all a charade.

I disagree that that's a stupid question, but I agree with your overall point.

Paxman basically thinks he's hard.

Well it was so obvious that he was wanting the PM to say "No", thats what I mean. Of course, questioning the contracts as an issue is valid, but asking him if he could live on one just closed that debate down. Which was a stupid line of questioning.
